Apple Fritters

1 cup flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 apples, chopped

Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk & apples. Combine together with dry ingredients. Drop 1 Tablespoon at a time into hot 375 degree oil. Fry until golden brown then drain and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and/or maple syrup.
